Robert Diab

Robert Diab is a professor in the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University. He joined Jensen Law as associate counsel in 2019 to assist with the firm’s appellate work and complex criminal litigation. 

Robert has an LLB and PhD in law from the University of British Columbia, and teaches Criminal Law and Evidence.

Robert is a co-author of "Search and Seizure" (Irwin, 2023) and has published many articles on criminal law, civil liberties, and human rights in venues that include the Criminal Law Quarterly, the Oxford University Comparative Law Forum, the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, and the Canadian Criminal Law Review

Robert was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2002 and has experience as both Crown and defence, and at all levels of court in British Columbia.
